In 1980 I voluntarily relinquished my Florida medical license as a provision of proceeding in State court (nolo condendre). The State of Florida expunged the record of any criminal offense in 1981. Florida medical board never redacted the expunged record and has been sending the same sealed, original indictment, to Data Bank, Texas Federation, and available to the public on the internet. Despite the reinstatement of same Florida Medical license the "Scarlet Letter" has taken on a life of its own and destroyed employment opportunities for the past 30
years of their soverign immunity!
